The future RENACE Hydroelectric Complex is comprised of five generation power plants on the rivers Cahabon and Canlich, in the Alta Verapaz Department, Guatemala. The complex owner is Recursos Naturales y Celulosas, S.A. (RENACE, S.A.). Once all of the Complex phases have been completed, it will be the largest hydroelectric power plant in the country, with an installed capacity of over 300 MW.

COBRA Hydraulic Infrastructures has already executed phases I and II of the complex, the first with an installed power of 120 MW and the second with 66 MW. In 2016, the execution contract was signed for phase IV, which, once finished, will have an installed capacity of 55 MW as an Engineering, Procurement and Construction project.
