28 1月, 2025Obtaining the Certificates for the Management Systems of Compliance with Criminal Law, Anti-Bribery and Antitrust Law
The most representative Spanish subsidiaries of COBRA INSTALACIONES Y SERVICIOS have obtained the certificates issued by AENOR on 28th January 2025, which accredit the implementation of regulatory procedures in accordance with the following standards:
- UNE 19601 Criminal Compliance management systems
- UNE 19603 Antitrust Compliance management systems
- ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery management systems
Recently, these subsidiaries renewed their certifications to the UNE 19601 “Criminal Compliance management systems” and ISO 37001 “Anti-Bribery management systems” standards and, for the first time, obtained accreditation to the UNE 19603 “Antitrust Compliance management systems” standard.
The objective of the UNE 19601 standard is to establish a structure and methodology for the implementation of management systems in organisations, with the aim of reducing the organisation’s exposure to criminal risk and promoting a culture of crime prevention. On the other hand, ISO 37001 provides companies with a model for preventing, detecting and managing bribery and corruption throughout the organisation and its activities in compliance with the law.
The UNE 19603 certification demonstrates that these subsidiaries comply with antitrust regulations by establishing a prevention and control system to identify and manage antitrust risks, ensuring that all employees act in accordance with applicable legislation.
The obtaining of these certificates accredits that the most representative subsidiaries of COBRA INSTALACIONES Y SERVICIOS have an effective management system for the prevention, detection and analysis of criminal behaviour, in compliance with the legislation in force and other commitments voluntarily assumed, on the understanding that this is a process of continuous improvement. It is also a competitive advantage for the purpose of generating trust among business partners (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, public entities, etc.), both public and private, at national and international levels.
